This money can be used to pay for other charges that I owe as a tenant, such as:

Water charges.
Tenant damage or repairs that I’m responsible for.
Bond payments.
Other non-rent charges.

I understand:

This agreement will stay in place for the duration of my tenancy with NRH.
I can cancel this agreement at any time by writing to NRH.
