Complaint or Appeal?


Complaint: When you are dissatisfied with our services, decisions, or action. Complainants have the option of remaining anonymous (please note however, this may affect our ability to resolve or investigate issues). If you make a complaint, you are a complainant. 

Appeal: When you ask us to review or reconsider a decision we have made. If you lodge an appeal, you are an appellant.
