NRH may review or revoke this authority at any time if we believe that is not in your best interests, or if we receive information that suggests misuse or misconduct by the person or service you have nominated. We may check in with you from time to time, or when a significant request (e.g. ending a tenancy, changes to your household, etc.) is made to confirm your agreement with the decision.

This is to help protect you and ensure your rights and wellbeing are safeguarded.
